The Academy of Theology and Pastoral Formation has the mission of training capable leaders and ministers, committed to deepening the Christian faith and the practical application of its principles in the context of the Church and society. Our mission is based on three main pillars:

1. Quality Theological Education: We provide a solid and comprehensive education, grounded in the Holy Scriptures and Christian traditions. We seek to enable our students to understand and teach the foundations of the Christian faith, forming critical thinkers who are able to interpret the Bible, apply the central doctrines of the faith and reflect on contemporary theological issues.

Pastoral Leadership Development: We prepare Christian leaders committed to pastoral service who know how to care for, counsel, and guide faith communities in a sensitive, ethical, and effective manner. Our goal is to train pastors and leaders who address the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of people, promoting transformative leadership based on biblical principles.
   

3. Service to the Church and Society: We promote the active involvement of the church in social transformation through pastoral ministry, evangelism and mission. We train professionals to work in different contexts, both in churches and in social and community missions, positively impacting people's lives and fulfilling Christ's mission in the world.
